Experience the trails of WNC through an intentional, grounding running experience designed for all levels. These guided adventures blend mindful movement, breath, and energy awareness with some of Western North Carolina’s most stunning forest terrain. Go into the woods curious, come out renewed.

Pisgah Exercise Trail
An easy out and back trail experience up to 3 miles with less than 100 feet elevation gain. Perfect intro!
For more experienced runners we can extend to North Slope for up to 5-7 miles depending on loop.
What to bring: water and appropriate footwear. Regular running shoes will work in this case. Otherwise trail running specific shoes ideal.

Waterfall Hike/Run Adventure
Schoolhouse Falls or Gorges State Park Rainbow to Turtleback Falls.
3-6 miles
Up to 900+ ft elevation gain
Waterfall reflection and Reiki energy healing
This trail provides breathtaking views of stunning waterfalls and offers a great workout.
Expect running, some walking, and power hiking.
What to bring:
* Sturdy trail running shoes strongly recommended. May encounter mud/water crossings.
* Water/electrolytes for up to 2 hours depending on pace and if we pause for a snack at the waterfall for reflection.

A Higher Perspective: Blue Ridge Parkway
**Subject to seasonal availability spring and summer.
6+ miles
Over 1,100 ft. elevation gain.
Reiki & reflection at peak of Black Balsam or Tennent.This scenic route travels from Black Balsam to Grassy Cove via Investors Gap Loop and Art Loeb. There are some very steep sections along the way so bring appropriate trail running shoes.
Expect running, some walking, and power hiking.
What to bring:
* Sturdy trail running shoes strongly recommended. May encounter mud/water crossings.
* Water/electrolytes for up to 2+ hours depending on pace and if we pause for a snack at the top for reflection.

Easy to Intermediate: Pink Beds
About 5 miles and around 300+ ft. elevation gain.
Loop route. Option to go out and back to make route shorter.
This is a gentle and relatively flat route next to a stream bed, with numerous clearings along the way. It does have rocky footing in many portions!
What to bring:
*Water and a snack
*Appropriate footwear.
Regular running shoes will work in this case. Otherwise trail running specific shoes ideal.

Advanced: Auger Hole Trail, Foothills Trail, and Canebrake Trail Loop
10-16 miles
Over 2100 ft. elevation gain
The Cane Brake Trail is a large-sized gravel fire road that leads to Lake Jocassee. Options to run out and back from Frozen Creek Access for a 10 mile run, hike or up to 16 mile loop.
****EXPERIENCED TRAIL RUNNERS ONLY RECOMMENDED FOR THIS ROUTE. Path is easy to navigate but the distance and elevation gain is advanced. Will take up to half day depending on pace and stops.
