run for a cause!

run for a cause!

I’m running the London Marathon — 26.2 miles of pain, sweat, and emotion — for someone I’ll never forget, even if one day they might forget me!

This year, I’m running in support of the Alzheimer’s Society charity, and this one’s personal. I’ve seen the impact dementia can have — how it slowly steals memories, conversations, stories, and moments. It’s cruel, and it doesn’t stop.

But we don’t have to just watch it happen. We can fight back — through research, through care, through hope. And that’s why I’m doing this.

Every mile I run is for the people who can’t. For the families doing their best to hold on. For the memories we’re all scared to lose.

If you can donate — no matter how small — you’re not just supporting me. You’re standing with every person and every family facing Alzheimer’s.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Let’s do this — for them, for hope, and for a future without dementia.
