The Asheville Marathon & Half is back March 21, 2026 ~ and we’re making it a full-on team rogue retreat!

this group program is open to both current rogue athletes (Rogue 1:1 athletes **WILL NOT NEED TO PAY TRAINING REGISTRATION FEE** and new runners who want to train with us at a discounted group rate

What the training looks like:
This is a group coaching program, not 1:1. that means:
Workouts are delivered in TrainingPeaks, with the same structure across the team. However, volume will vary see below:
I’ll tailor paces individually, so you know your exact easy, tempo, or long run effort
You’ll choose your weekly mileage “lane” — from 15 miles/week up to 60 miles/week depending on whether you’re racing the half or full
Everyone trains on the same “framework”, but the dials are adjustable to fit where you’re at
You’ll get accountability and momentum from training together, while still running the right paces for your body
